  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship to UK.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • Customs processing times may vary and can delay delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Cocoberri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 28 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
